Job Description
Bharti Consultants seeks a results-driven Sales and Service Manager to acquire new-to-bank current account customers within assigned segments and cultivate referrals from the catchment area. The role requires ensuring a balanced, compliant account mix, proactively registering and activating customers on digital banking channels, and consistently exceeding monthly acquisition targets through analysis of transaction banking needs.
- Support Sales Manager with catchment mapping and provide timely feedback to SM/RM.
- Adhere to sales SOPs and compliance standards while collaborating with branch teams.
- Deliver customer-centric product solutions and maintain strong market awareness.
Required skills: proven sales experience, CASA expertise, familiarity with current and savings account products, strong customer focus, and market insight.
