Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Associate dedicated to cultivating strong client relationships and driving product adoption. This role involves onboarding new customers, addressing inquiries promptly, monitoring usage and satisfaction metrics, and collaborating with product and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage customer onboarding and ongoing support
- Resolve questions and escalate issues when necessary
- Track adoption and usage metrics to inform improvements
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product and sales
- Qualifications: proactive communicator, strong problem-solving skills, at least one year in support or success roles, and familiarity with CRM tools
