Job Description
SYNFYN invites applications for a full-time, permanent Customer Relationship Officer (Field Collection Executive) with an incentive scheme. The position focuses on field collection, professional customer interaction, and sustained relationship management to ensure timely recoveries and high service standards.
- Requirements: 12th pass, basic English, personal motorcycle, Aadhaar, PAN, two‑wheeler driving license, smartphone, and bank account.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Compensation: ₹19,00–₹35,00 per month plus attractive incentives.
