Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RME Coordinator to oversee equipment reliability, maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management across operations. The role requires coordination of preventive maintenance, monitoring of compliance and KPIs, and close collaboration with engineering to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in maintenance or reliability roles; strong organizational and communication skills; working knowledge of equipment lifecycle management and safety regulations.
- Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance; track performance metrics and regulatory compliance; manage spare parts inventory; lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance asset performance.
