Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Stores Assistant to manage finished-goods receipts, perform full verification, and update SAP/ERP records. Key duties include daily physical stock counts, discrepancy reconciliation and root-cause analysis; monitoring slow/non-moving stock and coordinating liquidation with SCM; preparing daily FG reports; planning dispatches with SCM/BD; ensuring customer-specific labeling/packaging and QA lot verification; supervising safe loading; and maintaining accurate dispatch documentation (invoices, DCs, e‑way bills).
- Track returnable challans/shipments and manage scrap disposal.
- Maintain 5S, FIFO, safety standards and audit readiness.
- Required: FG warehouse experience, SAP/ERP and Excel proficiency, and knowledge of logistics, documentation, and QA procedures.
