Job Description
We seek an Autonomous Vehicle Transportation Representative to coordinate and monitor AV operations, ensure passenger safety, manage daily routes, and provide high-quality customer service. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, dispatch, and regulatory partners, prompt incident response, and accurate operational data collection and reporting.
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch and route management; monitor system performance and safety.
- Liaise with engineering, regulatory teams, and external partners; respond to incidents and escalations.
- Collect, analyze basic operational data and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Provide professional passenger support and clear communication.
Requirements: degree in transportation, engineering, or equivalent experience; familiarity with AV systems; strong communication and problem-solving skills; valid driver’s license; shift flexibility. Fleet or autonomous systems experience preferred.
