Job Description

The Inbound Transportation Representative is Amazon’s primary liaison to sellers and delivery partners, resolving partner issues, escalating sensitive cases, and proposing process improvements while meeting performance targets. Key duties include professional written and verbal communication, prompt customer and partner support, trend identification, effective time management, and proficient use of web and email systems.

• Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, excellent concentration and comprehension, ability to work independently and in teams, familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Word, web browsers, and fast typing.
• Preferred: logistics experience and proficiency with Excel.
