Job Description

We seek a Facilities and Maintenance Specialist responsible for day-to-day facility and administrative operations, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability.

• Execute PPM checks (daily/weekly/monthly), respond to trouble tickets and perform corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate vendors for warranty and AMC, monitor energy use and maintain diesel generators.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, electrical and mechanical systems; install and diagnose power distribution, lighting, transformers, wiring, relay logic and control components (motor starters, relays, sensors, drives, encoders).
• Perform minor building and plumbing repairs, fire safety inspections, lubrication; manage tools, PPM schedules, TT reports and supervise contract staff.
• Bachelor’s or advanced technical degree required; material handling experience preferred.
