Job Description
Happy Food Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead multi‑site kitchen operations in Bengaluru and other cities. The Executive Chef will manage culinary teams, develop and standardize menus, enforce portion control and hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP), oversee inventory, vendor relations, food costing and staff training to ensure consistent quality.
- Experience: 8–12 years in culinary roles with 2–4 years in senior leadership; degree/diploma preferred.
- Skills: strong leadership, communication, menu planning, costing and compliance expertise.
- Schedule: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, six days/week. Location: in‑person, Bengaluru. Start: December 1, 2025.
Full‑time, permanent. Salary ₹800,00–₹1,00,00/year. Benefits include commuter support, health insurance and provident fund.
