Job Description
Unique Solution is seeking a full-time Gas Cutter to perform oxy-fuel cutting of steel plates, pipes, and ship structures in accordance with technical drawings. Responsibilities include marking cutting lines; operating torches, nozzles, and regulators; preparing and positioning materials; removing damaged metal; and maintaining tools and consumables. The role requires ensuring proper gas pressures and flame quality, assisting welders and fitters, inspecting cuts for accuracy, and promptly reporting leaks or equipment faults. Candidates must comply with shipyard safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to read drawings are essential.
