Job Description

HRQuadrant seeks a full-time, permanent Customer Relationship Officer to manage life insurance sales across Kerala (Kerala residents only). This in-person role offers a base salary of ₹25,00–₹40,00 plus attractive incentives.

• Requirements: graduate, under 30, minimum one year of sales experience; excellent communication and a customer-focused attitude.
• Responsibilities: assist walk-in customers at bank branches, assess needs, recommend appropriate life insurance solutions, maintain bank and advisor relationships, guide documentation, and ensure smooth sales closures.
