Job Description
I’Deli Cafe seeks a skilled Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in a full-time, permanent, in-person role. Compensation: ₹45,00–₹55,00/month. The Sous Chef will oversee food preparation, uphold strict quality and hygiene standards, supervise and train kitchen staff, manage inventory, and help optimize service flow.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute menus with consistent presentation and portion control
- Lead and coach a fast-paced kitchen team
- Monitor stock and maintain cost-conscious practices
Preferred qualifications: culinary certification and 3+ years of supervisory kitchen experience. Ideal candidates are creative cooks, strong leaders, and remain calm under pressure.
