Job Description
Dream Home Financial Services is seeking a full-time Field Sales Officer based at Pune H.O. This role involves on-site weekend sales (Saturday–Sunday) and weekday customer and bank visits.
- Attend walk-ins; present and explain financial products; meet clients at homes or offices.
- Collect and verify documentation, initiate logins, and maintain accurate records throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with banks on sanctions and disbursements; manage leads and prepare timely reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets while ensuring smooth end-to-end customer support.
Compensation: ₹16,00–₹18,00/month. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of back-office coordinator experience, and Marathi proficiency. In-person position in Pune, Maharashtra.
