Job Description
Dream Home Financial Services is hiring a full-time, in-person Mortgage Loan Officer at our Pune Head Office. The role requires weekend on-site sales (Saturday and Sunday), weekday client and bank visits, lead follow-up, and end-to-end case management from application to sanction and disbursement.
- Assist walk-in clients, explain loan products, and collect/verify documentation
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams, monitor case progress, and prepare reports
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years of back-office coordinator experience, and proficiency in Marathi. Salary: ₹18,00–20,00 per month.
