Job Description

We are seeking a Security Transformation Associate to help design and implement organization-wide security initiatives. The role involves conducting risk assessments, mapping controls to frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), coordinating remediation plans, tracking security metrics, and supporting cloud security and identity projects.

Responsibilities require close collaboration with IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements and adoption of security changes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or risk management, a solid understanding of security frameworks, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven project coordination ability. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.
