Job Description
We seek a full-time, on-site Organic Farm Certification Officer to manage soil and crop production, diagnose pests, diseases, and nutrient issues, and oversee livestock and herbicide practices. The role promotes organic and sustainable methods, reviews certification files, prepares farm management plans, presents cases to the Certification Committee, handles complaints, trains smallholder farmers, and supports team coordination.
- Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1–7 years in agriculture, certification, or extension services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, training, diagnostic, and organizational abilities.
Salary: ₹9,272.03–₹36,620.17 per month.
