Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter for University Talent Acquisition to cultivate campus relationships and attract early-career talent. You will design and execute campus programs, source and screen students and recent graduates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet internship and entry-level hiring goals. Responsibilities include employer branding on campus, organizing events, managing applicant tracking systems, and reporting recruitment metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree required
