Job Description

We are seeking a committed Architect / Junior Architect to deliver end-to-end design from concept through construction documents, ensuring code compliance and effective coordination with consultants, vendors, and site teams. Required: strong SketchUp modeling (mandatory), proficiency in AutoCAD; rendering skills are advantageous. The role involves producing accurate models and drawings, managing multiple sites, conducting site visits, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This is a hybrid position (remote with on-site visits in Ernakulam, Kerala). Employment types: full-time, permanent, contract, or freelance. Compensation starts at ₹18,00/month. Benefits include a flexible schedule and work-from-home options. Experience: minimum 3 years in design/modeling; 1 year in project management/site coordination preferred.
