Job Description

We are seeking an Applied Scientist II to design and implement machine learning solutions, run experiments, and translate research into scalable production systems. You will partner with engineering and product teams to define metrics, prototype approaches, and improve model performance.

• Qualifications: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; 3+ years in applied ML or data science; strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch; solid knowledge of statistics, causal inference, and A/B testing; excellent communication.
• Responsibilities: develop models and engineered features, evaluate and deploy solutions, lead experiments, and mentor junior scientists to drive data-informed decisions.
