Job Description
Khadi Kadar Bhavan (Roja Readymades) in Pollachi seeks a full-time Salesperson to oversee store sales and deliver professional customer service. Duties include assisting customers, arranging and displaying merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy, presentable shop floor. Minimum qualification: Class XII. Prior retail or sales experience and strong customer-handling skills are preferred. Compensation is negotiable at ₹10,00–₹15,00 per month, with performance-based increments. This is an on-site position at our Pollachi location. The ideal candidate is proactive, presentable, reliable, and focused on exceptional customer experiences.
