Job Description
Kalyani Motors Pvt Ltd seeks a full-time Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include conducting customer satisfaction surveys, managing and routing inbound calls, resolving issues and complaints, advising customers on products and promotions, scheduling appointments, preparing satisfaction reports, and supporting team skill development.
