Job Description

We welcome freshers and experienced candidates for a full-time, permanent Customer Support role. Eligibility: HSC or graduate, strong English (spoken and written), and basic computer skills. Shift: US shift, 5:30 PM–2:30 AM, Monday–Friday; candidates must be comfortable with night shifts.

• Location requirement: reside within 20 km of Andheri East.
• Logistics: one-way cab drop-off between Mulund Station and Borivali boundary.
• Compensation: ₹18,00–₹33,00 per month.
• Benefits: commuter assistance, leave encashment, paid sick leave, paid time off (PTO), and Provident Fund (PF).
