Job Description

We are seeking a formal-minded CRM and Support Specialist to manage our CRM platform, resolve customer inquiries, and strengthen retention. You will maintain and segment customer data, handle ticket escalation and resolution, create and update knowledge-base articles, and generate performance reports. Collaboration with sales and marketing will be required to optimize campaigns and improve customer journeys.

Qualifications include strong communication and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ticketing systems. Prior customer support or CRM experience (1–3 years) and professional proficiency in English are preferred.
