Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive analytics strategy and deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions. You will design models, oversee feature engineering, run experiments and validation, and manage production deployment. The role includes mentoring data science teams and partnering with product and engineering to translate business objectives into robust data products.
- 8+ years applied machine learning and statistical modeling
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Master’s or PhD preferred; excellent communication, scalable system design, and A/B testing experience required
