Job Description
SkillsforUs is seeking a full-time Soft Skills Trainer to motivate students (grades 3–12) in Gorakhpur and Deoria. Responsibilities include delivering dynamic spoken English, confidence, and communication workshops; facilitating teacher and parent development sessions; leading community awareness activities; maintaining progress records; and partnering with schools to nurture expressive learners. Candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree, demonstrate strong communication skills, a natural rapport with children, and be a creative, confident trainer. Experience in education or youth development is a plus. This position provides meaningful impact in Tier‑3 cities and career growth as a facilitator and leader. Compensation: ₹13,715.03–₹37,066.89 per month. This is an in-person role; relocation to Gorakhpur may be required.
