Job Description
We seek an enthusiastic English & Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging language classes and workshops that enhance communication, presentation, teamwork, and professional conduct. The trainer will design lesson plans, assess learner progress, coach individuals and groups, and develop practical activities to build confidence in spoken and written English.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English or Education; TESOL/CELTA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of training experience; strong interpersonal, organizational, and evaluative skills.
- Ability to adapt materials for diverse learners and produce measurable learning outcomes.
