Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Strategic Sourcing – Warehouse & Logistics to lead procurement strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization for warehousing and transportation.
- Responsibilities: develop sourcing plans, manage vendor relationships, conduct RFPs, negotiate contracts, drive KPI and cost improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate with operations to secure capacity and service levels.
- Qualifications: 8+ years in logistics sourcing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, proven RFP and contract management experience, cross-functional leadership, demonstrated ability to reduce costs while maintaining quality, expertise in freight, warehousing, and inventory strategies, and excellent communication skills.
