Job Description
We are seeking a professional Receptionist and Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities include promoting products, conducting surveys and feedback collection, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support. The role also involves sales telecalling—identifying customer needs, presenting product benefits, and closing sales.
