Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to prepare invoices, process payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate billing records. The role requires coordination with sales and finance to resolve discrepancies and support timely revenue collection.
- Key duties: generate and dispatch invoices, post receipts, follow up on overdue payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing issues with internal teams.
- Requirements: diploma or degree in accounting or a related field, 1–3 years of billing experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
