Job Description

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants for our mall footwear outlet. You will assist customers, drive in-store sales, operate POS systems, and maintain high standards of service and presentation.

• Requirements: polite, punctual team player; basic proficiency in English and Malayalam; comfortable with smartphones/POS; honest in handling cash and inventory; available for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Offer: fixed salary plus performance incentives, product and POS training, staff discounts, and opportunities for career growth in a professional, friendly environment.
• Details: 9–10 hour shifts (including breaks) with weekly rostered offs. Full-time, entry-level welcome. Pay: ₹10,00–₹20,00/month. On-site at our mall outlet.
