Job Description
ASSPL seeks a Transportation Specialist to support Amazon Shipping. Act as the primary liaison among Amazon, sellers, and delivery partners; troubleshoot delivery and seller issues; escalate sensitive cases; and recommend process improvements. Responsibilities include clear, professional communication; prompt partner and seller support; strong time management; meeting performance metrics; and using logical analysis to identify trends and root causes. Minimum qualification: college degree. Preferred: proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
