Job Description

In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing staffing schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet our performance objectives.
As a Resource Planner, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily Workforce Management tasks, tracking KPIs, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating new hire schedules.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, advanced proficiency in MS Office, and a strong analytical ability. Familiarity with tools such as Aspect or Genesys is an advantage.
