Job Description
We seek a certified Personal Trainer with strong anatomy and exercise science expertise to provide personalized remote coaching. The role includes conducting assessments (body composition, posture, mobility), designing individualized (non‑template) programs for weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation and post‑pregnancy recovery, and prioritizing correct technique and injury prevention.
- Required: ACE, NASM, ISSA or reputable Indian certification.
- Experience: group fitness (2 years preferred) and demonstrated success with goal‑specific programs.
- Job types: Full‑time, Permanent, Contractual/Temporary (36‑month contract).
- Compensation: from ₹12,00/month. Benefits: health insurance and provident fund.
- Shifts: Night and overnight required; day preferred. Remote position.
