Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to effectively manage customer inquiries and address complaints, while providing comprehensive product and service information. Your role will be essential in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats.
