Job Description
Vishnu HR Solution is seeking diligent Field Sales Executives with persuasive communication, effective objection handling, and proven selling abilities. Candidates may be college graduates or high school diploma holders with 0–3 years’ experience (FMCG preferred). Fluency in the local language and satisfactory English are required.
- Sell volume, manage distribution, and maintain corporate hangers/shelving
- Meet call and productivity targets and plan cost-effective coverage
- Maintain accurate reports and foster strong retailer relationships
Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Salary: INR 12,00–14,00. Locations: Shyamnagar, Khilkapur, Barasat, Goghat, Abambagh (West Bengal). A two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
