Job Description
Day Mart Group is seeking a Part-time Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Day Mart Supermarket in Kakkattil, Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala. The supervisor will lead floor staff and cashiers, maintain product presentation and stock rotation, coordinate inventory, ensure accurate billing, uphold customer service standards, and enforce hygiene and safety protocols. The role also includes preparing daily sales reports.
- Experience: 1–3 years in supermarket/hypermarket or retail supervision
- Skills: retail operations and inventory knowledge, basic computer/POS proficiency, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving
- Availability: able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; in-person role
Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00 per month.
