Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Trainee to join Nexstay Hotels & Resorts. This full-time, on-site role involves warmly welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/out, managing room keys and guest profiles, and learning PMS operations. You will provide information on hotel services and local attractions, handle guest inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, assist with reservations, billing and cash handling, and prepare daily reports following SOPs. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and support accurate account posting and internal communications. Compensation: ₹8,00–₹13,00 per month. Meals provided. Ideal for candidates eager to develop professional front office skills in a hotel environment.
