Minlight Furniture seeks an experienced Furniture Sales Consultant for a full-time, permanent, in-person showroom role. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, recommending suitable pieces, explaining materials and finishes, following up leads, and confidently closing sales while ensuring a polished in-store experience, courteous service, teamwork for post-booking coordination, and showroom discipline.

• Preferred: prior furniture or retail sales experience, strong communication, persuasive yet non-pushy approach.
• Willingness to learn about product quality and demonstrate honesty and responsibility.
• Salary: ₹18,00–₹25,00/month; benefits include cell phone reimbursement.
