Job Description
We are hiring a US IT Recruiter with 3–6 years of US staffing experience for on-site, day-one employment at our Kolkata (Sector V) office. Night shift (Monday–Friday). Candidate must have strong knowledge of US work visas, expert Boolean sourcing, proficiency with job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder), and experience in screening, interviewing, onboarding, and managing background/reference checks. Excellent written and verbal English, negotiation skills, and team-handling are a plus. Compensation ₹25,00–₹50,00/month plus travel allowance, performance incentives, commuter assistance, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. Prefer local candidates.
