Job Description
Absolute Way Educational Services is hiring an Outbound Telesales Tele Caller & Tele Marketing Executive. You will make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into appointments, promote webinars and events via phone and email, and maintain CRM/Excel lead records with timely follow-ups. Candidates must have excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, be target-driven with daily calling goals, and possess basic computer literacy. This is a full-time, in-person role with a monthly salary of ₹8,00–₹15,00. A clear, friendly phone manner and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced education sales environment are essential.
