Job Description

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy video content creator who will be responsible for ideating, shooting, editing, and posting short-form video content for our B2B as well as D2C clothing brand across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.

This person will independently research trends, create engaging content, and ensure consistent posting to grow brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Research & Ideation

• Research latest social media trends, reels, audios, hooks, and formats
• Study competitors and global D2C fashion brands
• Come up with daily/weekly content ideas aligned with brand aesthetics
• Plan content calendars for reels & shorts

2. Video Creation

• Shoot videos using mobile or camera (in-house or outdoor)
• Work with models, artisans, or team members if required
• Capture product videos, styling videos, BTS, storytelling, and trend-based reels

3. Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos (Reels / Shorts)
• Add text, captions, transitions, music, hooks, and effects
• Maintain a premium yet authentic Indian craft aesthetic

4. Posting & Optimization

• Post content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs
• Optimize posting time and formats
• Ensure consistency in posting schedule

5. Performance Tracking

• Track reach, engagement, saves, and shares
• Identify what content works and replicate/improve it
• Suggest improvements based on analytics

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form video trends
• Basic to advanced video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Good sense of fashion, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of social media algorithms
• Comfortable shooting on phone

Experience

• 3–5 years in video content creation

Experience in fashion / lifestyle / D2C brands is a big plus.

Job Type: Freelance

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
