Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Production Assistant based in Pune to support our production team in executing shoots efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn the end-to-end production process from pre-prep to on-set execution. You will assist across departments and also handle basic camera operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of shoots for social media and brand content
• Support cinematographers and directors with on-set requirements
• Help with camera setup, basic camera handling, and gear management
• Assist in lighting setups, reflectors, and basic rigging
• Manage shoot logistics, including props, equipment, and location readiness
• Coordinate with talent, creators, and internal teams during shoots
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely execution on set
• Assist with behind-the-scenes content and production support tasks

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of video production workflows
• Familiarity with camera equipment and shooting environments
• Willingness to handle multiple responsibilities on set
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work long hours during shoots when required
• Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Passion for content creation, filmmaking, or digital media
• Prior on-set or agency experience is a plus (not mandatory)
