Job Description

Location: Head Office

Industry: Apparel / Garment Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Experience: 1–2 Years in Apparel Merchandising (Mandatory)

This role is NOT a fashion designing or trainee position.

Only candidates with minimum 1 year hands-on experience in apparel/garment merchandising should apply.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Merchandising Executive – Apparel to support the Senior Merchandising team at Head Office. The role focuses on sampling coordination, BOM preparation, production file management, and ERP/system updates. The position requires strong coordination skills and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Sampling & Follow-ups

• Coordinate sampling activities with factory and vendors
• Track sample status and timelines
• Maintain sample records and approvals

BOM & Production File Management

• Prepare and update BOMs under guidance of Senior Merchants
• Maintain complete production files with all documents
• Ensure accurate information is shared with factory teams

ERP / System Updates

• Update style details, BOMs, and order information in ERP/system
• Maintain trackers and ensure data accuracy

Team Coordination

• Support Senior Merchants in day-to-day merchandising work
• Coordinate with factory, sourcing, and internal teams
• Work as a team player to ensure smooth order execution

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years experience in apparel/garment merchandising
• Basic understanding of garment sampling, BOMs, and production flow
• Good Excel and system-handling skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Willingness to work in a support role at Head Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,151.31 – ₹25,626.17 per month
