Job Title: Placement Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Placement Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying job vacancies, and supporting candidate placements through effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client HR/Admin/Managers to understand current and upcoming vacancies.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients.
• Source job opportunities and create pipelines for placements.
• Communicate job requirements clearly to the internal team and potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vacancies and placements.
• Meet targets related to placement numbers and client satisfaction.
• Provide support in screening and shortlisting candidates as required.
• Represent the organization in client meetings and review sessions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up for placed candidates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence, leadership, and ability to multitask effectively.
• A team player with a positive, learning-oriented attitude.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Placement, Client Relations.
• Candidates with experience in the insurance sector or direct sales roles will be given preference.
