Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Tele callers to join our dynamic banking team.Your role will be pivotal in promoting banking products, providing information, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Banking Products & Services: Engage with customers via calls to introduce and explain personal loans, savings accounts, credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance plans. Guide customers to make informed decisions.
• Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries about banking services. Provide accurate information, clarify doubts, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build Customer Relationships: Develop positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Update and manage customer information in CRM systems accurately, documenting all follow-ups and outcomes.
• Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Compliance & Quality: Follow call scripts, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

• Born and brought up in North India (Preferred)
• Must be fluent in any of the languages Hinid,Telugu,Kannada,Tamil.
• Telecalling experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is a plus
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Skills:

• Fluent in Hindi communication (verbal & written)
• Excellent telephone etiquette with persuasive and confident communication
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively
• Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and CRM systems
