Job Description
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Working Hours: 5 hours/day (Night Shift) | Internship Duration: 3 months
Qatos LLC is actively seeking motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our night shift team. This internship is ideally suited for B.Tech or MBA students aspiring to build a career in human resources and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to manage candidate databases.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with candidate details.
- Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn.
- Assist in the formatting and editing of resumes.
- Support the day-to-day recruitment operations.
Qualifications: Candidates should be B.Tech or MBA students, comfortable working night shifts, and proficient in English.
Compensation: ₹5,00.00 – ₹10,00.00 per month
