Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller with extensive experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) claims. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and must be available for immediate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities: Your role will involve following up on AR, managing aging reports, resolving claim denials, documenting activities, and effectively communicating with insurers.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 1 year of AR calling experience, a solid grasp of RCM, and excellent communication skills are required.

Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00/month
