Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage student complaints related to hostel and classroom facilities. The successful candidate will coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues and escalate any unresolved matters as necessary.
Skills Required: The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam, demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CRM software, and have a strong problem-solving mindset.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Preference: Male candidates will be given priority. Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹24,00 per month.
