Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Branch Manager to lead the operations of our branch effectively. The successful candidate will be instrumental in formulating business strategies aimed at boosting sales, managing financial accounts, and fostering excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) focused on Gold Loans as a Branch In Charge or a minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Branch Manager.
• A graduate with proficiency in computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.

Compensation: ₹22,00 to ₹25,00 per month, commensurate with experience.
