Bird Cafe is searching for a skilled Parotta Maker to enhance our culinary team. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting authentic Malabar Parathas, ensuring each creation aligns with our exceptional standards for taste, texture, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh Malabar Parottas consistently and authentically.
- Uphold kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Support kitchen operations as required.

Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Parotta Maker, knowledge of food hygiene practices, and the ability to work long hours.
